An Overview of Constance Academy

The CONSTANCE ACADEMY was born on the 1st July 1998 with a brand new complex adjacent to Belle Mare Plage The Resort. Its conception favours a calm and serene environment, which foster active listening and easy access.

The primary goal of the Academy is to deliver quality training, coaching, counselling and support with a delicate touch of passion and humility to all our partners.

Mr Claude Narain, the General Manager, is in charge of the Academy and has enjoyed a long established career with Hotels Constance. He was the General Manager of Belle Mare Plage The Resort for seven years.

At the Academy, we view training as a process aimed at improving the skills and expanding knowledge of all employees. Our training programs are focused on areas currently required for the employee’s position and provide specific employee development intended to close the gap between current and desired abilities. We have indeed, shifted from the conventional delivery of training to a more competency based training methodology.
