An Overview of Constance Hospitality Academy

The CONSTANCE HOSPITALITY ACADEMY was born on the 1st June 1998. Its conception favours a calm and serene environment, which foster active listening and easy access.

The primary goal of the Academy is to deliver quality training, coaching, counselling and support with a delicate touch of passion and humility to all our partners.

Our training programs are focused on areas currently required for the employee’s position and provide specific employee development intended to close the gap between current and desired abilities.
