OUR TRAINING PROCESS |
At the Academy, we view training as a process aimed at improving the skills and expanding knowledge. Our training programmes are focused on areas currently required for the employee’s position and provide very specific employee development intended to close the gap between current and desired abilities. We have shifted from the conventional delivery of training to a competency based training methodology. |

We take our social responsibility at heart and run several training courses at a nominal fee for the local community. Our Apprenticeship Scheme allows at least 95% of student from the local community to earn while they learn. We have also shared our know-how to the Belle Mare Police Station in terms of customer relationship building and quality practices.
